The Artist

Recognized as one of the most expressive voices of her generation, Sara Dragan is a violin soloist whose virtuosity and magnetic stage presence ignite concert halls worldwide. Hailed as a “talent that emerges only once in many years” and praised by Maxim Vengerov for her “impeccable technique,” Sara pours profound, genuine emotion into every phrase.

At fourteen, she became a protégé of the legendary Professor Zakhar Bron, beginning her intensive travels across Asia, the USA, and Europe. This early dedication yielded extraordinary global successes, such as her magnificent debut at Carnegie Hall at just fifteen. To date, she has won over 60 first prizes at prestigious international competitions, including a historic First Prize at the Princess Astrid Competition.

In 2022, she embarked on an extensive United States tour, playing thirty concerto performances with the Polish Wieniawski Philharmonic Orchestra. Today, she continues to perform with leading symphony orchestras on the world’s most renowned stages.

Passion

I believe the stage is a mirror of personality—it cannot be faked. Every sound reveals the truth about sensitivity, discipline, and courage. As Paganini said: to move others, you must feel deeply yourself. Music is the purest form of communication and a genuine dialogue with the audience.

I step onto the stage to transcend myself. I have no interest in mediocrity. I want to reach my limits and break them, because art begins when I take risks. Behind that single moment of meeting the listener are thousands of hours of grueling practice and perfecting the craft. While this immense effort is absolutely necessary, technique is never the goal itself. It is merely a tool used to build narrative, color, tension, and silence.

My mission is art without compromise. In every piece, I search for depth, tension, contrast, strength, and fragility. In a world of overstimulation and superficial images, I want to defend truth and authenticity. I believe sincere art is an experience that can truly change us.
